Forgot Password

Forgetting a password happens to everyone. If you can’t log in to your Salt River Rewards account or online play portal, don’t panic—resetting your password is fast, secure, and keeps you eligible for time-sensitive offers. Start by visiting the account recovery page at /forgot-password, then follow the prompts to get back in the game.

Fast, secure reset steps you can follow right now

1. Enter the email address tied to your Talking Stick Resort Casino account on the forgot-password page, and request a reset link.
2. Check your inbox, and also your spam or junk folder. The reset link typically expires within 60 minutes, so act quickly.
3. Click the link, create a strong, unique password, and log in. Consider a password manager for easier, safer sign-ins moving forward.
4. If your account uses two-factor authentication, have your phone nearby to complete verification. Two-factor adds an extra layer of protection for your rewards and funds.

When the reset link doesn’t arrive or you can’t access email

If you don’t receive the reset email, or your registered email is no longer active, reach out to support for help. Email support@talkingstickresortcasino.com and provide the email on file, your full name, and any player or membership number you have. You can also visit the Salt River Rewards desk in person at Talking Stick Resort Casino with a government-issued ID to verify your identity. Keep in mind verification steps are required to protect your account and your funds.

Why you should reset now — don’t miss limited-time offers

A locked account can mean missing limited-time bonuses and weekly promotions. Here are a few offers you may still claim once you regain access, but remember that terms and conditions apply and opt-in or bonus codes are often required:

• “WELCOME200” — 200% match up to $500, 30x wagering on bonus plus deposit, valid 30 days, minimum deposit $20.
• “FREECHIPS25” — $25 free chips, 50x wagering, valid 7 days, max cashout $100.
• “SPINWEEKLY” — 50 free spins on the Slot of the Week, 25x wagering, valid 7 days, minimum deposit $30.
• “RELOAD50” — Weekend reload, 50% match up to $200, 20x wagering on bonus plus deposit, valid Friday to Sunday, minimum deposit $25.
• Weekly cashback — 10% cashback on net losses, 1x wagering, calculated Monday to Sunday.
• Salt River Rewards Program — tier-based rewards like free play, dining credits, and exclusive event access; benefits depend on activity level.

If you plan to use a code or claim a deposit match, reset your login before the promotion window closes to ensure you can opt in and meet any timing requirements. Always review the full terms and conditions for each offer.

Keep your account safe after you reset

After you regain access, take a moment to secure your account: choose a long, unique password, update recovery email and phone details, enable two-factor authentication where available, and review recent account activity. These steps help protect your balance, rewards, and personal information.

If you still need help, email support@talkingstickresortcasino.com or visit the Salt River Rewards desk. For an overview of the property and services, see the Talking Stick Resort Casino review. Remember to read all terms and conditions before redeeming promotions.
